Recognizing that technology connects to all operational, strategic, and academic parts of a school a successful EdTech leader must understand how the overall system works at a macro and micro level.
The tenets of EdTech Leadership are Leadership, Management, Information Technology, Educational Technology, Systemic Thinking, and Professional Learner.
