A look at my doctoral research from the lens of inequity of access to technology in school I coined the phrase Educational Digital Divide and show how 1-to-1 laptop programs can reduce its impact on schools, learning and students themselves. Part of a series of presentations I gave at the Lausanne Laptop Institute in 2011.
